We are confident that you're going to love your new Back Pocket notebook but we want to make sure you are comfortable and happy with your purchase.
If, for what ever reason, you're not happy with the notebooks when they arrive you can send them back to us for a full refund. We're not in a position to also cover the cost of returning the notebooks so we ask that you cover the return postage.
Sometimes post can get damaged en-route and that's not your fault (or ours), but if that happens please take a picture of the damage and send it to support (at) backpocket.co and we'll sort it out for you. If you can let us know which post was used as well so we can take it up with them (or stop using them).
